2. What Data We Collect
When you use the MyCscPro application (csc.ganeshgroups.co.in or mycscpro.tech), we collect:
- Account information: Name, username, email address, mobile number
- Business data: Transactions, expenses, customer names, service records
- Insurance data: Policy numbers, renewal dates, agent names (if used)
- Login activity: Login timestamps, session data
When you visit the mycscpro.com or ganeshgroups.co.in websites, we do not collect any personal information. These are static informational pages.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the MyCscPro business management software
- To generate reports, receipts, and analytics for your CSC center
- To sync data with Google Sheets (only if you enable this feature)
- To send WhatsApp receipts to your customers (only on your request)
- To maintain your account and provide customer support
4. Cookies
We use cookies only for the following purposes:
- Session cookie (functional): Used by the MyCscPro app to keep you logged in during your session. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser or log out. It does not track you across websites.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on any of our websites or app. The mycscpro.com and ganeshgroups.co.in websites use no cookies at all.
Since we only use strictly necessary functional cookies, no cookie consent popup is required under Indian law. However, we disclose this here for full transparency.
5. Data Storage and Security
- All business data is stored on a secured VPS server located in Europe (Contabo), which is a common practice for Indian startups
- The server uses SSL/TLS encryption for all connections (HTTPS)
- Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt) — never in plain text
- Database backups are maintained regularly
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties, except:
- Google Sheets: If you choose to enable Google Sheets sync, your transaction data is synced to your own Google account. We access only the specific sheet you authorize.
- WhatsApp: Customer phone numbers are used to generate WhatsApp share links at your request. We do not send messages on your behalf without your action.
- Legal requirement: If required by Indian law or a court order, we may disclose data to authorities.
7. Your Rights (under DPDP Act 2023)
As a data principal, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erase your data (right to be forgotten) — upon account closure
- Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us
- Nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death

8. Data Retention
- Active account data is retained as long as your subscription is active
- After account closure, data is deleted within 90 days
- Legal or financial records may be retained longer if required by Indian law

MyCscPro is a business software intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of MyCscPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will notify active users via WhatsApp or email.
